A small number of Quad and Scrambler bikes are doing lasting damage to the Wicklow Mountains and in particular the Lugnaquilla area. Damage that will be visible for generations to come and for which the Irish tax payer may have to pay fines to the EU. It is illegal and it needs to be stopped.
